The Annual flight festival will be held on July 26th to the 28th of 2019 this year. Flying will be open all types and sizes of aircraft except turbines. We can re visit the turbine subject if we have a wetter then normal summer but being as far into July as it is this time it is not likely. The landing fee will be $10.00 per day with a $5.00 discount on Saturday for each pilot that brings a dish for the Saturday pot luck lunch. As ussual dry camping is available beggining the evening of the 26th.
We encourage each member to invite those friends they would like to attend as this year it is pretty much word of mouth advertising.
We plan on a Saturday evening catered BBQ dinner from a local vendor that is very good. It will be $20.00 per person and must be signed up for ahead of time so we know how much to order. We did not pusue the evening entertainment this year.
Once again anyone so inclined is welcome to bring out any swap meet items and sell from their taigate. We had some nice stuff show up last year.
The plan is to simplify the event a bit and just concentrate on flying. We look forward to seeing everyone again this year.
